Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is 30 days from the day you get your package. We require your  order number, name, and/or email to issue a return or exchange. You'll need to pay the return shipping. When we receive your return, please expect 2-4 business days for us to process your return and issue your refund.  You will receive your refund confirmation via email.

You may return your ring up to 30 days from date of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a $20 restocking fee for all ring returns. Exchanges do NOT incur a restocking fee.

  • Engraved or Personalized 3D rings may NOT be returned.
  • Custom rings that are marked "Final Sale" may NOT be returned, however, they may be exchanged for a different size.
  • Exchanges do NOT incur a restocking fee.

*Additional info: All rings must be in clean condition and must not look worn to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratches or other abuse.

We ask that you email us what style or size you would like to replace with. You can visit our FAQ page for more information on our resizing chart and policies.

Ring resizing exchanges come with a fee of $10, and we ask that customers pay the cost for return shipping.
